Shakespeare in the Park - Twelfth Night!

Shakespeare in the Park: Twelfth Night

Shakespeare returns again to Butler County for the fourth summer! This year's offering is the ingenious comedy, Twelfth Night. Twin brother and sister Sebastian and Viola are separated when their ship wrecks. Both find trouble, foolishness, love, and finally each other in this comical tale of unrequited love and mistaken identity.

Our production this summer will feature an all-male cast! Just like Shakespeare's troupe of actors, our cast is made up entirely of men. This year's production will also be set in Shakespeare's time. You don't want to miss the stunning (and somewhat hilarious) vision of some of Butler's finest acting talent fully decked in Elizabethan garb!

The production this year will be stationary; in previous years, our productions have been in promenade, meaning the audience follows the story to different locations in the park. This year, bring a chair or blanket, and a picnic dinner; sit back, and enjoy the show!

But wait, there's more...!  We're adding performances this year in Zelienople's Community Park. Our final weekend of performances will take place at the Amphitheater in the park. We're very excited about this new venue!
